25 | On 11/06/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Denisia Jimenez met with Licensee, Melissa Zamora for an unannounced case management inspection. The purpose of today’s inspection was to inspect two new play structures that were replaced in the front and side playground areas that will be used by preschool children.
LPA inspected the outside activity area. A new structure has been installed with wood chip cushioning surface. The play structure has been installed securely and has a manufacturer label that states the equipment is suitable for children ages 2-6 years old. Playground equipment is in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. Outdoor activity space surface is maintained in a safe condition and is free of hazards. Areas around high climbing equipment, swings, and slides have cushioning material to absorb falls. Trees will be used for shade.
Effective today 11/06/24, the facility may begin using the outside activity area structure for preschool children.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Melissa Zamora. Appeal rights were provided.
