13 | On 07/23/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lady Cabrera conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the facility. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above listed complaint allegation. LPA tour the facility.
During the course of the investigation, LPA Cabrera collected facility records and conducted interviews of staff, parents and children. Per children interviews, when a child displays a behavior such as pulling hair or name calling, they will tell the staff, the staff will address the behavior and redirect the children. Per staff interviews, there are children that have challenging behaviors; however, staff will redirect, provide alternatives, request other staff to assist with the child having a challenging behavior to keep all children safe. Staff will document the behavior or incident report on the Playground application, which then would notify the children parents. Staff reported they verbally informed parents as well of the affected child if there was an incident. Per records reviewed, staff documents when children display a challenging behavior and when a child is hurt by another child.
