On 05/15/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Beneroso conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver findings on the above allegation. LPA met with Assistant Director Cassie Salinas, director Meghan Hall-Silveira arrived shortly after. LPA disclosed the purpose of the visit. Upon arrival, LPA observed 37 children and 11 staff members providing care and supervison.

During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with parents, children, staff and other relevant parties in the investigation. In addition, the investigation included a review of photographic evidence and other relevant documentation. The gathered information revealed the following:

Allegation One: Based on interviews and records reviewed there was not enough evidence to corroborate that on or about February/March 2024 staff spoke inappropriately to C1. Interviews with staff, children and parents disclosed that staff does not question children about personal life but rather children share information about their activities when not in school.
