On 02/24/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Leticia Lopez. LPA toured the classroom, and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was regarding an unusual incident that was reported to the Fresno Childcare Regional Office on 02/20/25. On 02/13/25 it was reported that Child #1 foster parent had emailed Family Service Worker that Child #1 sustained unexplained injuries while in care. Staff and Site Supervisor were interviewed and obtained additional information. Another agency is also investigating the allegation.

With the information received today it is determined that Site Supervisor handled the situation quickly and properly, and the incident was reported timely while adhering to reporting requirements. Upon reviewing supervision protocols established through interview, records review and observations that the facility practices supervision by ensuring that children are consistently supervised and was transparent and compliant with reporting requirements. No definitive information was obtained to corroborate that the incident occurred therefore the incident needs further investigating.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted with Site Supervisor Leticia Lopez and a copy of the report and Appeal Rights were given and discussed.
