25 | On 02/12/25, Licensing Program Manager (LPA) Scott Herring and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with Director, Letisia Lopez and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was regarding alterations at the facility.
LPM Herring and LPA Jimenez arrived at the facility on 02/10/25 and observed construction being done at the facility. LPA asked the construction workers if the facility was open and one of the workers stated that the facility was closed. LPA and LPM spoke with Letisia regarding the alterations done at the facility. Letisia stated that the phase II project began on 02/10/25 and does not know when the project will finish. Child care will continue to be provided at the facility and it will not affect the program. Children will be escorted if needed where construction will be happening. LPA explained to the Director that a new facility sketch will have to be provided to the Department.
LPA and LPM provided the Director with the reporting requirements and building alteration regulations.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Letisia Lopez.
