25 | On 02/24/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Leticia Lopez. LPA toured the classroom, and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was regarding an unusual incident that was reported to the Fresno Childcare Regional Office on 02/20/25. On 02/19/25 it was reported that Child #1 authorized representative had informed Site Supervisor that Staff #1 violated her/his personal rights. Staff and Site Supervisor were interviewed and obtained additional information. Another agency is investigating the allegation.

Upon reviewing supervision protocols established through interview, records review and observations that the facility practices supervision by ensuring that children are consistently supervised and was transparent and compliant with reporting requirements. Currently staff #1 is placed on administrative leave pending investigation. No definitive information was obtained to corroborate that the incident occurred therefore the incident needs further investigating.
