Staff records contain documentation meeting qualification requirements. The name of the child care center director or fully-qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the director’s absence has been reported to the Department. This facility and parents utilize the Playground application (Playground is a digital application that allows parents to sign in and out their child , allows childcare providers to track attendance, share real-time photos, videos, and updates for families giving them a peek into the classroom by posting updates on-the-go.) to electronically sign in and out of the facility.
All children are under supervision, including visual supervision, of a teacher at all times. Capacity and limitations as specified on the license are being maintained. Firearms/weapons or ammunition are not allowed or stored on the premises. There is a working fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide indicator, that meet statutory requirements. This facility does have at least one person trained in CPR and first aid.
