25 | On February 1, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Paul Garcia conducted an unannounced licensee-initiated case management inspection. LPA met with Director Sarah Vinson. A census was taken. LPA toured the facility inside and out. The purpose for the inspection was to inspect and determine if three (3) off limit classrooms located in a separate building named Fort Faith meet standards to be used to care for school age children during the summer and as needed. The necessity is for the additional classrooms are needed for potential growth in enrolment of children.
LPA inspected classroom number three (3), four (4), and five (5) and observed age-appropriate equipment and furniture for children who will be supervised from qualified staff. Each room meets or exceeds departments standards and is fully equipped with carbon monoxide detectors, fire alarms and fire extinguishers. There are a sufficient number of toilets and sinks for the children.
The facility director will update their facility sketch and send it to LPA to ensure the accuracy of the areas being used for the license by February 9, 2024.
Effective immediately classroom three (3), four (4), and five (5) may be used for the care and supervision of children.

An exit interview conducted with Director Sarah Vinson and a copy of this report was provided and discussed.
A Notice of Site Visit Form (LIC 9213) was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
