On 02/17/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeovanna Yanez conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Owner, Karen Kiser, toured the facility, and took a census. The purpose of today's inspection was to provide technical assistance related to toileting policies.

On this date, LPA discussed with Karen Kiser best practices for having a written toileting policy included and reviewed with parents prior to a child's enrollment. LPA reviewed CCR Title 22 Regulation 101230 (a)(4) - Activities, which states: "(a) Each center shall provide a variety of daily activities designed to meet the needs of children in care, including but not limited to: (4) Toileting."

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited.

Exit interview conducted with Karen Kiser. A notice of site visit was provided and must be remain posted for 30 days.
