13 | On 6/3/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Norma Lomeli conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the facility to deliver findings for the above mentioned allegation. LPA met with Director, Hanan Abou Harb and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection is to close the complaint investigation. During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed staff, parents, reviewed and obtained facility records. Interviews and facility records revealed that a child sustained injuries in multiple occasions but staff was providing adequate supervision during incidents. During LPA's visits, LPA observed adequate supervision and ratio requirements with staff and children are being met.
This agency has investigated the complaint with the allegation that staff did not provide adequate supervision resulting in a day care child sustaining multiple injuries on multiple occasions. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
