25 | On 05/24/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adrian pizano conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with Compliance Coordinator Liliana Nunez, toured the facility both inside and outside. The purpose of today’s inspection was to inspect the facility in preparation for reopening.
There were no bodies of water, firearms and/or ammunition on the premises. No poisons were observed during the inspection. Furniture and equipment were in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. Playground equipment was in safe condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. The surface of the outdoor activity space was maintained in a safe condition and was free of hazards. All kitchen, food preparation and storage areas were clean and free of litter/rubbish. The facility was free of flies, insects, and rodents/vermin. Solid waste storage containers had tight-fitting covers and were in good repair. Drinking water is available both indoors and outdoors. The facility had one or more functioning carbon monoxide detectors that met statutory requirements. All staff are current with Mandated Reporter Training and CPR/FIRST AID.
The facility is effective to open as of 06/03/2024.
Operating hours are year-round, Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
No deficiencies cited during today’s inspection. Exit interview was conducted with Compliance Coordinator, Liliana Nunez. LPA provided Compliance Coordinator with a copy of the Facility Evaluation Report (LIC 809) and the Notice of Site Visit form (LIC 9213).
