13 | On 4/16/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Theresa Marquez conducted a complaint inspection and met with Director Rebecca Jarrett. The purpose of this inspection is to issue the final complaint findings for the above allegation.
During the course of the investigation, LPA Marquez observed classrooms, reviewed staff files, and conducted interviews. Staff files revealed that teachers and aides are in compliance with the education requirements and/or are enrolled in an accredited college per Title 22, Regulations. However, there is insufficient information to prove unqualified staff are providing care to children.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency cited for the complaint investigation. An exit interview was conducted and this report was reviewed with Director Jarrett. A copy of Appeal Rights and the Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
