On 07/24/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sonja Navarrette and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Luisa Gavoutian conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings. LPA met with Director, Becca Jarrett who accompanied LPA and LPM during tour of facility both inside and outside. LPA discussed the allegations and a census was taken. LPA interviewed witnesses, children, parents, reviewed sign-in/out sheets, and facility records. During the investigation, witnesses revealed there were inconsistencies in interviews regarding ratios during naptime, staff speaking inappropriately in the presence of day care children and staff speaks inappropriately to day care children.

The investigation revealed through interviews, LPA’s observations, and review of records, that although the above allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence at this time to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

An exit interview conducted with Director, Becca Jarrett. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Becca.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
