On 12/20/2022 Licensing Program Analyst Theresa Marquez conducted a Case Management inspection and met with licensee Violene Crompton. The purpose of this inspection is to conduct an annual inspection.

On 12/3/2022, Licensee requested to place her licensee back to ACTIVE status. During this inspection, Crompton stated she has changed her mind and is requesting to return the license back to INACTIVE status. Crompton provided the completed form LIC 9211 to LPA Marquez. Licensee stated she is not operating the daycare. Today licensee was caring for her foster children.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations no deficiencies were observed today.

An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Sandra Garcia. A copy of the evaluation report, Appeal Rights and the Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
