On 04/25/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Robert Gutierrez arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced annual required inspection. LPA met with Administrator Dawn Holleman. During inspection Ms. Holleman stated the school age program will not operate this summer. Ms. Holleman completed the request for inactive child care license. Ms. Holleman understands her fees must remain current and that if she were to open her day care she must contact the Fresno regional office.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
