On November 22, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Paul Garcia intended to conduct unannounced Annual/Random Inspection for the preschool license. LPA met with Administrator, Chris Ebenezer.

Chris Ebenezer informed LPA that the facility has not been in operation since 2020. Chris Ebenezer has faced difficulty hiring a qualified director and teachers for the childcare center but has recently made some progress in locating potential applicants. Meanwhile, Chris Ebenezer requested the license to be placed on inactive status to allow ample time to hire qualified staff and plans on opening the beginning of February 2025. LPA provided LIC9211 and it was completed and signed by Chris Ebenezer. LPA will process the request.

LPA informed Chris Ebenezer he must notify LPA prior to reopening for the purpose of an inspection to ensure the facility is safe for children and ready to use prior to children attending services.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.



This report shall be made available to the public upon request.
An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the facility representative.
A notice of site visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
