An unannounced case management visit conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Reyes. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Raquel Hernandez. LPA toured the facility inside and outside. The purpose of today's visit is to conduct a 90 Day follow-up on initial change of ownership visit conducted on 09/12/2022. This facility operates year-round, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM. Infants will be taken directly to the Infant Classroom where staff will conduct temperature checks.

Furniture, equipment and materials are sufficient, age appropriate, in good repair and toxic free. The infant playground equipment and outdoor activity space is maintained and in good condition, free of hazards with adequate grassy area and shade. There are two portable sinks for handwashing; (1) portable sink is located next to the infant changing table. There are no toilets in the infant classroom. Instead, the facility will provide (1) potty chair for every five infants being potty trained. Rooms and floors are safe and clean. Food preparation area is clean and free of rodent and other vermin. Parents who provide baby formula and pre-made bottles for the younger infants will be stored in refrigerator in the infant classroom. Bottles will be prepped in kitchen area of infant classroom. When the infant is older and is not eating baby food, the facility will provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. All food is protected against contamination and any contaminated food is discarded immediately. Solid waste storage containers have tight-fitting covers and are in good repair. The facility is providing bottled water and staff will fill the children’s individual snippy cups to be used both inside and outside. There are (4) cribs. Needs and Services, Infant sleeping plans and napping logs are maintained. Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department.
