On 06/17/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Behatriz Gonzalez arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced complaint inspection and deliver investigation findings regarding the above allegations. LPA met with Site Supervisor Janette Flores, a census was taken, and a tour of the facility was conducted.
During the course of this investigation, LPA Gonzalez conducted interviews with licensee, staff, children, and daycare parents currently and previously in care.
It is determined based on the interviews conducted with staff, children, and parents there were no reported incidents of any inappropriate interaction between staff and children in care. In addition children reported they were happy, and get along well with the staff. Finally, child number 1 indicated they love attending the facility and are sad they will not be attending next year.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency was cited.
An exit interview was conducted with Site Supervisor. Site Supervisor was provided a copy of their appeal rights.
A Notice of Site Visit Form was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days
