13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Roman Iglesias, conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings for the above allegation. LPA met with Spanish Speaking Licensee Leticia Ceja, LPA reviewed the allegation with Ms. Ceja, and LPA took a census.
This agency has investigated the complaint alleging adult in home uses illegal drugs while children are in care. During the course of the investigation LPA interviewed Ms. Ceja, her husband and her live-in son. LPA also reviewed medical records and reviewed staff as well as children's files.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 (FCCH), no deficiency is cited during today's inspection.
An exit interview conducted with Licensee, Leticia Ceja. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Ms. Ceja.
A Notice of Site Inspection Form was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days.
