25 | On 7/7/21 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Caroline Harris and Kari McWilliams conducted a Plan of Correction inspection. LPAs met with licensee, Denniesha Washington and toured the home. A census was taken. The licensee is closed for the week.
The purpose of todays inspection is to clear deficiencies previously cited on 6/21/21. LPAs reviewed children's files and observed copies of immunization records in each of the children's files. LPAs also observed the licensee to have removed the small trampoline in the day care room and the licensee had ordered the bottom mesh netting for the large trampoline in the back yard, in order to secure children from going underneath. The LPA's viewed the order and it is scheduled for delivery today, 7/7/21. The LPA's observed keep out of reach items to be secured and latches on drawers and cabinets to be in working condition.
During today’s inspection, LPAs provided a Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared. An exit interview was conducted with the licensee, Denniesha Washington. Per Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency was cited during today’s inspection.
A copy of this report and LIC 9213 Notice of Site Inspection was provided to the licensee Denniesha Washington. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Inspection is required to be posted for 30 days.
