13 | On 05/19/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez arrived at the facility to deliver investigation findings to the allegations. LPA met with Licensee, Yesenia Salazar Pena. LPA toured the facility and took a census.
The investigation consisted of a review of records, observations, interviews, law enforcement records, further information obtained during the investigation.
There were inconsistent statements to prove Day care child was exposed to nudity while in care and Licensee did not ensure adequate care and supervision was provided to child.
Although the allegations may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the allegations. Therefore, the allegations were found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.
