A tour of the home, inside and outside, as shown on the facility sketch, was conducted and the following was discussed and/or observed:
- Fire clearance was received on July 28, 2022. Fire pull alarm is located on the home’s entry way on the left hand side wall.
- LPA observed safe toys and a flat screen television mounted onto the living room wall. LPA also observed a play yard and a cot in the living room and high chair in the dining room. There is a parent’s board that is located outside on the left hand side of the home’s entry way. During today's inspection, licensee informed LPA that she would like to make bedroom #3 accessible to the day care children. LPA observed a queen size bed, a five drawer cabinet and children size table and chairs. LPA approved bedroom #3 to be accessible to the day care children. Licensee updated her facility sketch during inspection.
