25 | On 12/15/22, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Reyes conducted a case management inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Elim Rodriguez. The purpose of today's visit is to inspect the backyard which is currently off-limits to children. There are no children in care today.
Licensee had placed a temporary plastic mesh fence around her patio area to make the remainder of the backyard off-limits to children. This mesh fencing can easily be removed and is not secured. LPA explained to licensee that she would need a fence which is more secured to prevent a child from leaning against the plastic mesh and falling through it. Licensee will look into another type of material to use and contact licensing when she is ready. The backyard will continue to remain off-limits to children.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency cited.
Exit interview conducted with licensee. A copy of this report was provided and discussed. A Notice of Site Visit Form was posted to parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days. |
