Per Program Director, Erin Wilcox, staff received training on Personal Rights on 11/12/2025. Program Director will provide an updated protocol on how staff will ensure children’s personal rights are not infringed upon.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: It is determined that Staff #1 threated Child and or chidren verbally. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety, or personal rights of children in care.

Protocol shall include a statement on how program director will provide unannounced observation of staff when they are working with children in care. This will be provided to the Fresno South Regional office by 12/23/2025.
