On 06/11/2024 LPM Herring and LPA Gonzalez arrived at the facility for the purpose of a case management incident involving two Unusual Incident Reports(4/12/2024,5/15/2024) . LPM, and LPA, were met by Director Decondia Ferguson. A tour of the facility was done and a census was taken. Interviews were conducted, information was reviewed, and an exit interview was conducted.

It is determined that further investigation is needed pertaining both Unusual Incident Reports that were received at the Fresno Regional Office.

During this inspection, no deficiencies observed during site inspection.
