13 | On March 18, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Valentin Hernandez conducted an unannounced Complaint Inspection to deliver findings for the above-mentioned allegations. LPA Hernandez met with Director, Jessica Okamoto. LPA Hernandez discussed the above allegations and the reason for the inspection. A tour of the facility was conducted, and a census was taken.
In regards to the allegations: Staff did not provide adequate supervision, resulting in a day care child entering a swimming pool, Licensee did not ensure the swimming pool was made inaccessible to day care children, and Staff did not notify authorized representative of an unusual incident they are UNSUBSTANTIATED. During the investigation, LPA Hernandez interviewed the Director, Day Care Staff, Day Care Parents, and Day Care Children. LPA Hernandez also reviewed facility records. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
