| The following will need to be corrected before licensure:
· Updates to application paperwork
· Shelving units will need to be anchored
· Diaper changing pads and supplies will need to be ordered
· Outdoor carpets need to be flattened
· All toys/equipment need to be cleaned
· Outdoor playground need to be cleaned/free of spiderwebs
· The teeter totter and merry-go-round need to be anchored
· Waiver request for sharing outdoor play area with toddler option
· A sink will be installed near the diaper changing table in Classroom #1
· Outdoor signage will need facility numbers
· The entrance to the sleeping area will need to be 4 feet tall
