On, 11/20/2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA’s) Christopher Burnias, Anita Tristan, and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Luisa Gavoutian, went to the facility for an unannounced Case Management Inspection.

LPA’s met with Director, Esperanza Palacios, toured the facility and took a census. Director informed LPA that they wish to provide diaper changing services as part of their program. Director stated that a diaper changing table along with a sink has been installed in Classroom 3.

LPA measured Classroom 3 and determined that the total square feet occupied by the diaper changing table and sink is 10 square feet. Previous measurements indicate that the facility’s total usable space is 2014.06 square feet. After measuring the diaper changing table and sink, LPA determined that the new area measurement of usable space is 2004.06 square feet which will accommodate the license’s current capacity of 57 children.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Esperanza Palacios. Appeal rights were provided.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
