On 12/19/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Burnias conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the facility. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above allegations. LPA met with Director, Esperanza Palacios and toured the facility.

During the course of the investigation, LPA made observations at the facility and interviewed Director, staff, children, and parents. Interviews revealed inconsistencies as to whether or not staff inappropriately restrain children in care or that staff do not treat daycare children with dignity and respect.

The investigation revealed through interviews, that although the above allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence at this time to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
