32 | One out of the five parents reported their child developed a diaper rash twice. The parent reported there were several occasions that after picking up the child from care and riding home in the car they could smell poop; parent did not know if child’s diaper was not changed or if child pooped in the car.
This investigation revealed through interviews and review of records, that although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence at this time to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur therefore the allegations are Unsubstantiated.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency is cited during today's inspection.
An exit interview conducted with Licensee, Jessica Vasquez. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Jessica. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days. |
