A census was taken, and LPA toured the facility inside and out. LPA reinspected the backyard and LPA determined all corrections have been made per the inspection that took place on January 29, 2024,
LPA confirmed the following corrections have been made.
· LPA observed a gate that assists in the separation of the off-limits portion of the back yard from the
children’s play yard does not fully close and needs to be adjusted. #1 LPA observed this has been corrected.
· LPA observed a gate that assists in the separation of the off-limits portion of the back yard from the
children’s play yard must have the ability to be secured (locked) to prevent children from having access to the off-
limits portion of the yard. #2 LPA observed this has been corrected.
· LPA observed buckets, recycle items, lawn equipment, tools and other miscellaneous items that must be organized or discarded. #3 LPA observed this has been corrected.
Safe toys and play equipment were observed in the backyard. The outdoor backyard play area offers more square footage for the children to utilize for their gross motor skills. Children can now use/play in the much larger area in the back yard effective immediately with adequate supervision.
