25 | On 02/10/2025, an unannounced case management inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lady Cabrera. LPA met with Licensee’s Angeles Paniagua Medrano. The purpose of today's inspection was to inspect the licensee's backyard. LPA toured the facility inside and out.
LPA Cabrera informed Licensee that the backyard is not approve. Fenced backyard will not be accessible to the children due to having chicken poop all over the dirt and grass areas. Licensee will remove chicken poop and will disinfect areas. Licensee will inform LPA once the backyard is corrected. LPA reviewed required children documents.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency was cited. An exit interview conducted. A copy of this report was provided and discussed. A Notice of Site Visit Form was posted to parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days.
