On 09/11/2023 at 10:10 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering the findings for an investigating of a complaint regarding the above allegation for "Lack of Supervision". LPA Dacanay Breaux and met with Director, Yessica Gonzalez. Present at the time of today’s inspection are 31 additional staff and 176 children. LPA toured the facility for health and safetly.

This agency has investigated the complaint alleging that there was a lack of supervision at the facility. LPA R. Harder conducted interviews and did observations which have been documented and reviewed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. LPA Dacanay Breaux delivered the findings to Director, Y. Gonzalez.

Report was reviewed and a notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights Provided. Exit interview was conducted with director, Yessica Gonzalez.
