| NAPPING:
Applicants will utilize mats for children to nap on. Applicant shall ensure Napping equipment will be arranged so that each child has access to a walkway without having to walk on or over the mats of other children. Bedding will be stored in cubbies located in the hallway. Bedding shall be individually stored so that each child's bedding is identifiable and no child's used bedding comes into contact with other bedding. Bedding will be
OUTDOOR
The entire yard is fenced; there is artificial turf on the play yard and a swing set that is anchored into the ground. Age appropriate play equipment available; drinking water will be brought outside for children. Staff will carry drinking water outside for children.
HEALTH RELATED SERVICES:
Medications will be kept in a locked box, A refrigerator shall be used to store any medication that requires refrigeration.
Applicant has a developed plan to implement and to record the administration of prescription and nonprescription medications and to inform the child's authorized representative daily when such medications have been given.
LPA observed fully equipped first aid kits and hard wired fire systems including Carbon Monoxide detectors in all classrooms
LPA has verified Qualifications for Director including Lead Poisoning training; mandated reporter; and current Operations and Records Keeping. |
