On March 1, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Paul Garcia conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection at the facility. LPA met with Site Supervisor Virgina Becerra and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA Garcia toured the facility and took a census.

The purpose for the visit was to interview Virgina Becerra to gather additional information on staff performance. Please see LIC812.


Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, no deficiency cited during today's inspection.
