On 07/07/2022 an unannounced Case Management inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Robert Gutierrez. The initial purpose of todays visit was to conduct an annual random inspection. However, licensee Yolanda Gonzalez stated, she has not cared for children for more than one family for sometime. During todays inspection Licensee signed the request for inactive status. Licensee completed the form and shall be on inactive status until 07/06/2023 or until the she calls the Fresno Regional office stating she wants to open her day care.

During todays inspections LPA discussed exempt care and that the requirements that a license is required.

This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
