Licensee, her husband, and three minor children reside in the home. Fire clearance was granted on 11/26/2024.
A tour of the home, inside and outside, as shown on the facility sketch, was conducted and the following was discussed and/or observed:
- Fire clearance was received on 11/27/2024. Fire pull alarm is located in the home’s den (day care room) wall.
- During today’s inspection, licensee stated she has modified an addition to the home. LPA observed the room addition is considered a den but will be utilized as the day care room. Building permits, fire clearance and an updated facility sketch were reviewed. LPA observed in the day care room child size furniture and safe toys. Licensee stated the new space will be primarily used for day care services. The entrance to the day care room will be through the right side run of the home. LPA also observed four high chairs, one play yard and a crib.
