25 | On June 23, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Xona Xayavong conducted an unannounced case management – licensee initiated inspection. LPA met with Licensee Menchu Rosaroso. Also present was licensee’s husband/assistant. LPA toured the home inside and outside and a census was taken. The purpose of today’s inspection was to inspect the renovation to the backyard.
During today’s inspection, LPA observed licensee expanded the concrete, installed a gazebo and play structure, and artificial grass.
LPA observed the dimension of the play structure is 143.95-inch x 203.98-inch x 134.6-inch and age appropriate for 3 to 9 years old. Licensee stated that she will ensure only allowing children between the age of 3 to 9 to utilize the play structure. The play structure has a climbing rock wall, slides, and swings.
LPA observed the gazebo is 12 feet x 14 feet and provides adequate shade for the children in care. LPA observed 2 tricycles, a dramatic play house, children size tables, and toys. LPA observed no hazards accessible to the children in care.
As of today, June 23, 2026, the backyard can be utilized for children in care.
An exit interview was conducted, and report was review with Licensee Menchu Rosaroso. Licensee was provided with a copy of the report and appeal rights. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Codes of Regulation, no deficiency was cited. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and needs to be posted for the next 30 days.
