25 | On 03/20/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lady Cabrera conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA Cabrera met with Licensee Teresa Salazar Martinez and also Licensee's husband/assistant was present. Upon arrival, a census was taken, and LPA toured the facility inside and outside. This visit was initiated by Teresa Salazar Martinez regarding the front yard being accessible to day care children.
LPA inspected the front yard and observed that it is fenced and there are no hazards to children present. Licensee confirmed that supervision is provided 100 percent of the time the children are outside. LPA Cabrera informed Licensee that the front yard is approve and is now accessible to the children in day care. LPA confirmed that the new facility sketch provided to LPA ensure the accuracy of the areas being used.
Per Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations no deficiencies are observed today.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
