25 | On 12/16/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Sebastian Phouthavong made an unannounced
Case Management visit to the facility met with Licensee, Nahani Bohan; regarding the backyard pool and making it inaccessible to the daycare children. Prior to visit, Licensee decided to enclose the pool with a cover.
During the visit, LPA toured the facility and observed four children being supervised by the Licensee. LPA observed the pool to be fully covered and inaccessible to the day-care children. Licensee stated her children do use the pool during the Summer and has reviewed the importance of supervision when the pool is in use.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Nahani Bohan.
