13 | On July 19, 2024, at 2:15 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ortega met with the Director, LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to deliver findings and was granted entry. Upon arrival, LPA observed 50 children in care and four staff providing care and supervision.
During the course of this investigation, LPA Ortega conducted confidential interviews, completed a classroom observation and reviewed documentation. During the interviews with Staff, and children no disclosures were made regrading concerns with the quality of care, and children did not show signs of concern. Interviews did not disclose the facility is in disrepair, staff yells at children in care,
nor staff inappropriately handles children in care.
The agency has investigated the complaint. It has been determined that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is Unsubstantiated.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, and notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided to the facility center Director. Notice of site visit shall be posted for 30 days and the report shall be made available to the public for 3 years. |
