On 7/24/2024, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) Ortega met with Director, Kristian Vieyra for the purpose of conducting a Case Management plan of correction.

During this inspection, LPA conducted an observation and staff are providing adequate supervision while children utilized the restroom. According to Director a ticket for the door knob lock has been submitted to facilities for correction. LPA Ortega also observed a sign located on the front of the restroom door stating, "Stop, Knock Before You Enter."

Citation issued on 7/19/2024 has been cleared. No citations issued during this Case Management inspection.
