32 | have not seen no evidence of it. Interviewed staff were not sure about the teachers and assistant qualifications in accordance to Title 22, and were not sure if the facility is lacking of financial resources because they have everything needed to do their job.
Staff records and financial records review were observed to be in compliance. There were no obvious signs about the Facility lacking financial resources to fully operate. The LPA observed staff rotating and communicating during breaks and lunch, children staying within age groups and observed good child care knowledge. At the time of the investigation, the LPA observed that there were always enough qualified care providers to care and provide the children with their child care needs and educational services.
The LPA observed children being treated with dignity and respect, receiving quality child care/education, and the facility having, all basic, needed furniture and equipment to properly function.
Based on evidence obtained and interviews conducted, the above allegations are found Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, Appeal Rights, and a notice of site visit were provided to the Tammy Damon |
