13 | On Friday, April 4, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mayra Rivera conducted an unannounced complaint investigation in regards the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA toured the facility with director Michelle Moyor and observed 17 preschool children present playing with staff #1, staff #2, and staff #3 present providing care and supervision. LPA observed facility to be within ratio.
During today's investigation/inspection, LPA Rivera toured the facility and inspected the toy bins in the classroom, children furniture, outdoor and outdoor shed. During the inspection, LPA observed rodent droppings in the shelf cabinet in room 6, and outdoor toys bins and outdoor shed (children had no access). During the staff interviews, it was stated staff are cleaning and disenfecting indoor classroom furniture and toys. Based on LPA Rivera observation in classroom 6, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met; therefore, the above allegation is found to be Substantiated.
