Per Title 22, Emergency Disaster Drill must be conducted at least every 6 months. LPA observed Emergency Disaster Drill to be conducted and documented on 10/17/2025.
LPA reviewed Sign in and out sheets to ensure that the person who signs the child in and out uses their full legal signature and records the time of the day.
