On 7/18/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Suzette Ornelas conducted an unannounced case management inspection at the above-mentioned facility for the purpose of ensuring the standards are being met in accordance with California Tittle 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes.

LPA toured the facility both indoors and outdoors. During today’s inspection there were 12 children present and 3 staff members providing care and supervision.

Upon arrival LPA met with Administrative Director/Office Assistant Kathleen Beech and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA explained the purpose of todays visit was to determine if care was still being provided due to annual licensing fees being overdue. Program Director, Sentia Takhmazyan was not present due to being out sick; however, LPA obtained a copy of the LIC308 Designation of Facility Responsibility for Director/Office Assistant Kathleen Beech.

Per Administrative Director/Office Assistant Kathleen Beech, care will be provided until August 23, 2024. The school is set to close August 23, 2024, indefinitely.

LPA obtained a copy of the Email that was sent out to parents on June 15, 2024 informing them about the schools closure on August 23, 2024.



An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was left with Administrative Director/Office Assistant Kathleen Beech . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
