Licensing Program Analysts (LPA)s Monica Ruiz and Stephanie Li conducted an unannounced visit to the facility noted above, for the purpose of delivering findings for the above allegations.
Upon arrival, LPAs met with Director Kristy Knight, who led LPAs Ruiz and Li on a tour of the facility. LPAs observed there to be 59 children present with 10 staff members, names were recorded.
During today’s visit, LPAs toured classrooms and observed completed construction.

During the course of the complaint investigation, LPA conducted inspections, reviewed staff and children files, interviewed staff, parents, children and the Reporting Party. No disclosures were made during interviews with staff, parents, or children and no discoveries were made during document review in support of the allegations listed above.

This agency has investigated the above complaints alleging that this facility is operating out of ratio and that staff did not ensure day care child(ren) were protected from hazards. Based upon the evidence as presented above, the allegation has been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding of Unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegations are unsubstantiated.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

An exit interview was conducted with Director Kristy Knight.
