Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lilli Babcock and Saul Valenzuela conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiency cited on 4/4/24 has been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPAs met with Director, Adriana Allen, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Director, guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 4 staff with 20 children present during this inspection. The following was observed:

LPAs observed current American Red Cross Pediatric CPR / 1st Aid cards for 3 out of 5 staff. Director stated that 2 additional staff will be taking the training in the next three weeks. Per Director, one staff who has a current Pediatric CPR / 1st Aid will remain on premises when children are present.



LPAs advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.

LPAs cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Adriana Allen. LPAs also issued POC clearance letter during the visit.

At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Adriana Allen.
