There was one child present during the inspection. During the investigation interviews were conducted with Licensee, parents, children and residents of the home. Interviews conducted did not corroborate the allegations. LPA verified all adults residing in the home have a valid criminal record clearance. Per Licensee Adult 1, has not resided in the home since about 10 years ago. Per Licensee and adult resident interviewed, the children are asked if they need to use the restroom before any adults use the restroom for personal use. Parents interviewed stated the Licensee sometimes provides overnight care to accomodate their working schedules. Per Licensee, she occassionaly provides overnight care or children will arrive in the early hours of the morning due to parents working schedules. The allegations are unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Nerris Isaac. A copy of the report and a notice of site visit were provided. |
