On 9/19/2024 at 2:00 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Stephanie Li conducted an unannounced Proof of Correction (POC) inspection to ensure the deficiencies cited on 8/29/2024 during an Annual visit have been corrected. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Lead teacher Flor de Maria Leon. LPA observed 0 children in care and 2 adults.

During the visit, LPA observed that all holes in play ground fall zones were filled with absorption materials. All missing patches were filled in all all areas of the play ground. During visit, LPA also observed that the fire extinguisher mount was fixed and the extinguisher was securely mounted on the wall. LPA observed potty training photo guides were posted in the restroom near the toilets for children who are potty training to reference. LPA observed the smoke alarm to be chirping. Per teacher, the chirping began today and she is going to issue a ticket for service to the campus facility. Per teacher, supervisor Mutka Cham has contacted school principal to set up teacher access to extra bathroom in neighboring classroom.

LPA cleared the deficiencies on this date and issued Proof of Correction (POC) clearance letter during the visit.

At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.

A notice of site visit was given to Licensee and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Lead teacher Flor de Maria Leon.
